Villa Bloemendaal 1 is located in the luscious green surrounding of Park Brederode. The position and shape of the villa is determined by the surrounding trees and the position of the sun. Towards the public street the villa has a more closed appearance to guarantee the privacy. Towards the garden the villa opens up with large fully glazed sliding doors. All the family areas such as the living, the dining and the kitchen have a fabulous and direct relation with the outdoor space. On a beautiful summer day the full garden facade can be opened and the limit between interior and exterior vanishes.
