Hospitality Manager Assistant

To support our team we are looking for a Hospitality Manager assistant. You will support our Hospitality Manager in the day-to-day operations of the office. As the first contact for visitors and clients, you are representing the company, both in person and over the phone. As a host, you know how to warmly welcome and professionally serve people. Additionally we would kindly ask you to:

-        Ensure that our office is always functional, and welcoming.

-        Contribute in managing office supplies, inventory and place orders to ensure everything works well.  

-        Assist with administrative and facility tasks, such as handling mail, booking flights or hotels, and coordinating services for the building and its equipment.

-        Support in the organization of events and special occasions for our team, being a key player in maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere for our team.

In short, you collaborate into ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

We are looking for a generous and kind person with the following experience and characteristics: 

-        Two years of experience in hospitality management

-        Available to start immediately in a part-time position (24 hours per week)

-        You have a keen eye for detail and precision in everything you do

-        You have the ability to work independently and have multitasking and organizational skills

-        Human sense of communication and interpersonal skills

-        Excellent spoken and written English and Dutch

-        You are a natural around people, and have a professional and friendly personality.

We offer a salary according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Architects (CAO). You will work in a comfortable and beautiful office space.
