Meet District Haarlem

Fresch Real Estate’s new development on Haarlem’s Jan van Krimpenweg was designed by HofmanDujardin as a melding of commercial and office space. It aims to bring a new edge to the surrounding industrial district. A ground floor café and collection of retail units open the potential for a new collective commercial district. Combined with beautiful views across Haarlem’s canals and railways, the office buildings are equipped with rooftop terraces and gardens that draw out a natural softness, contrasting the industrial aesthetic of the area. The new development will also include social spaces such as a nightclub, gym, and dance studio, underpinning the social potential of the overlooked district.
