Red Boulevard Residences
The project takes advantage of its proximity to the beach and the sea, creating a design that promotes outdoor living, healthy habits, and community interaction. With unobstructed views of the ocean, the adjacent park, and the low-density surroundings, the design emphasizes generous terraces and intimate outdoor experiences. The site’s slope allows the residential blocks to be strategically positioned, following the natural topography to maximize views and sunlight, preserve panoramas toward the sea and the park, and create attractive landscapes that respond to their surroundings.

Access to the apartments is provided through lush, protected courtyards that function as small oasis
Oihane García Meneses | Senior Architect
Access to the apartments is provided through lush, protected courtyards that function as small oasis, offering privacy and a connection to nature. Urban facing façades feature straight corners and cantilevered terraces, reinforcing their urban character and giving identity to the surrounding streets. In contrast, interior façades are arranged in terraces with rounded corners, creating softer shapes that adapt to the different levels of the site. A vibrant central boulevard connects a full range of community facilities—including a gym, gastro-club, coworking spaces, swimming pools, sports courts, and playgrounds—encouraging daily interaction and fostering community life. This carefully organized layout creates a cohesive, sustainable, and socially active environment where residents share experiences and build connections.
