Mediterranean Panorama Residences

The plot is located in a privileged natural setting, with direct access to the sea.

The pronounced slope becomes a key asset, allowing the complex to be terraced and fully integrated into the landscape. The main entrance is located at the top of the site, offering panoramic sea views upon arrival and a descending spatial experience that guides visitors through the environment. At the lower level, the plot connects to a pedestrian and cycling greenway, linking directly to nature and the waterfront.

The tiered layout minimizes visual impact, respects the landscape, and creates terraces that ensure unobstructed sea views from every apartment. The proposed section reduces the scale of visible slopes in the landscaping and provides single-height façades at the entrances, enhancing the sense of closeness to nature.

Its organic and fragmented arrangement reinforces privacy, exclusivity, and a harmonious relationship with the surroundings. The sculptural, fragmented architecture integrates naturally with the terrain, creating an intimate, human scale environment that functions as a true oasis facing the sea.

The design combines luxury, functionality, and environmental sensitivity, offering a distinctive architectural identity. Its landscape integration creates a visually and socially engaging environment, celebrating both the site and its extraordinary sea views while inviting residents to enjoy nature and outdoor living.
