Tirana Blocks

Located on a former industrial site in the eastern part of Tirana, Albania’s capital, the Tirana Blocks introduce middle-class housing to support the city’s rapid urban transformation. The new development consists of stacked volumes in varying color tones, creating a distinct identity and bringing a human scale. As the towers rise, the blocks gradually decrease in size, forming generous shared terraces at different levels.

The flexible floor plans offer a variety of apartment sizes, accommodating diverse household needs. A playful arrangement of private loggias provides each unit with a valuable outdoor space that functions as an additional living room.

Mini Village

Tirana Blocks forms a vibrant residential neighborhood, a lively mini village that encourages a strong sense of community. Set atop a three-story parking structure, the lower levels are devoted to a wide range of public amenities. These spaces are designed to host key services such as a kindergarten, gym, health center, cafés, restaurants, and small convenience stores. Along with the amenities that activate the raised terraces, they foster an active and human urban environment.
