ING office Amsterdamse Poort
The renovation of the former ING Headquarters at Amsterdamse Poort was driven by the idea to foster enhanced interaction among employees through increased transparency and connections. Originally designed by Alberts en van Huut, the building's distinctive concrete structure embodies their principles of organic, anthroposophical architecture. Building upon the human centric design, the renovation preserves the inherent qualities of the structure while infusing a more open and inviting character into the interiors.
Transparancy, connection and visibility stimulate the interaction and the collaboration of employees and visitors

Board of Directors
In the boardroom and surrounding spaces, significant changes are evident. The once enclosed walls have been replaced with transparent partitions and oak-finished walls, creating a warm and natural ambiance. The incorporation of an extensive art collection adds an expressive layer to the space. Notably, orange loose furniture items have been strategically placed, evidently connecting to the bank's brand identity. The result is a revitalized workspace that harmonizes modern functionality with the original architectural ethos, providing a human environment conducive to collaboration and creativity for the board of directors and beyond.
